KIMBERLY ANN MEDEIROS

Kimberly Ann Medeiros, 36, of Little Compton, Rhode Island, passed away suddenly, on Sunday, March 23, 2025 after a long battle with complex congenital heart condition. She was born on July, 23, 1988 in Fall River, MA, to Gary F. and Tammy  M. Medeiros.

Kimberly was a 2007 graduate of Portsmouth High School. She loved hummingbirds, butterflies, the ocean, stars and the beauty of nature. Her biggest joy however was spending time with her nephew and niece, whom brought her much joy and she loved dearly. She had a passion for her “two girls,”  Ellie & Skye(pet rats), spending many hours training them.

Being clever with technology, Kim loved putting things together, from building her own high tech gaming computer to STEM kits that she would do with her nephew Josiyah. She recently got into diamond art which she did with her niece Amiyah. Last but not least,  she looked forward to watching nightly TV shows (Survivor, Tracker, Dark Winds )with mom and dad.

If you knew Kimberly you knew that she would do anything for anyone. Despite being a reserved person, she had a heart of gold! If you ever needed her she would always be there.

In addition to her parents Gary and Tammy Medeiros, she is survived by her sister, Cassandra M. Medeiros; nephew, Josiyah G. Glass; niece, Amiyah S. Medeiros; uncles, Brian Medeiros (wife Catie) and  Michael Medeiros ( wife Jody); cousins Lindsay McCormick, Laurabeth McClure, Timothy Medeiros, their significant others and children and her beloved family dog Starr. 

She was predeceased by her grandparents George S. and Shirley M. Medeiros , great-uncle Edmond F. Simmons and great-aunt Marjorie E. Simmons.

Visitation will be held Saturday, April 12, 2025 from 2 – 4PM at Fern Acres Funeral Home, 72 Willow Avenue, Little Compton, RI. Funeral services will be private.
